Return Policy for Bailout Labs

At Bailout Labs, we strive to provide high-quality gear for adrenaline junkies. Since our products are fulfilled by Printful, our return and exchange policy follows their guidelines. Please read below for details on how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order is returned, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping. If the address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming an updated address.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment goes unclaimed, it will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: Claims for these issues must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If the issue is deemed Printful’s error, we will replace or refund your item at no cost to you.

  • Lost in Transit: Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Buyer’s Remorse & Sizing Issues: Since each item is custom-made when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. Please check our size guides carefully before placing an order. If you wish to offer size exchanges to your customers, a new order must be placed at your expense.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. If your order qualifies, we will process a refund to your original payment method after reviewing your claim.

  • Refunds are not available for lost packages due to incorrect address entry by the customer.

  • Orders for sealed goods, such as face masks, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health reasons. Any returned orders containing face masks will be disposed of and cannot be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please check with your local postal service for assistance.

Returns Processing

  • The return address is set by default to Printful’s facility. When a return is received, you will receive an automated email notification.

  • If you do not have a Printful account and a billing method added, any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity at your cost.

  • If you use an address other than Printful’s facility as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Special Considerations

  • EU Customers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made goods and unsealed hygiene-related goods (such as face masks) are not eligible for return.

  • Brazilian Customers: Customers in Brazil may return a product within 7 days of receipt by contacting our customer service. The product must be unused and undamaged. If it has been used or partially destroyed, a refund will not be possible.
